Symptoms

  • Masses in mouth
  • Neck adenopathy
  • Present with ulcers that don't heal in mouth
  • Difficulty swallowing

Physical Exam Findings

  • Slow growing
  • Edges indurated
  • Non-healing ulcer or mass of oral mucosa
  • Lymph nodes firm
  • Stuck to each other & underlying tissue, growing
