Etiology

  • Idiopathic

Risk Factors

  • Unknown, any age, though most common 30-60y

Symptoms

  • Spontaneous erruption of puritic papules

Physical Exam Findings

  • Flat topped papules, often purplish, variably shaped and sized
  • Most commonly found on extremities, genitalia, and mucous membranes
  • Hyperpigmented where resolved
