  • Acute febrile illness
  • Common in children
  • Irritable/cranky
  • Sometimes wont eat/drink due to oral invovelement
  • Vessicles appear 1-2d after fever onset

Physical Exam Findings

  • Vessicles on soles of feet, palms and in mouth, also genitals, buttocks, elbows, knees
