Etiology

  • A type of peripheral t-cell lymphoma
  • Mycosis fungoides slowly growing & most common CTCL

Risk Factors

  • Age >50

Symptoms

  • Sweats
  • Weight loss
  • Persistent and progressive puritic skin erruption over mos
  • Sometimes systemic sx of feeling poorly

Physical Exam Findings

  • Progressive patches
  • Plaques or tumors
  • Erythroderma with Sezary syndrome→ extensive scaly patches and plaques
  • Sometimes adenopathy
